Having trouble sleeping? Want to find some time to just chill out and relax? You can calm your thoughts, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day with a yoga nidra meditation practice.

Practiced while lying down in savasana rather than seated, studies have shown that yoga nidra can also ease insomnia, decrease chronic anxiety and stress, heighten awareness and foster feelings of peace and clarity. Corene will guide you through a 10 minute restorative yoga flow, connecting breath to movement, then progressing into guided relaxation and yoga nidra meditation.


**Also included: Some ooey gooey feel-good adjustments, use of aromatherapy oil blend for relaxation and sound bowls.


Please bring along a mat (we do have a few extras, so please let us know if you need one) and/or a small blanket for this class. Feel free to wear your pajams or other comfy clothes, and incorporate anything that will help you feel relaxed.
