Join KeyHolder, Robin Breckenridge, a certified PIVOT ( relational advocate, for this five-part workshop series designed to help you experience life and relationships from a healthy alignment by taking you through the PIVOT process.

The PIVOT process uses individualized curriculum with proven high impact solutions to help people repair and restore their relationship to self and others. This workshop series has been thoughtfully designed and created with informational content in a small group setting which will allow for application and individualization. Part 1: Whole Perspective (03/20 6:00pm- 9:00 pm): Learn to understand yourself in relationship with self and others, examine which ares of life need attention and gain self-esteem by recognizing which areas of life are working for you.

Part 2: Relational Circle Boundaries (03/27 6:00-9:00pm): Examine and establish personal boundaries while learning a simple way to clearly define your commitments to others.

Part 3: Survival Patterns (04/03 6:00-9:00pm): Identify the relational patterns that get in the way of your ability to create and maintain healthy relationships.

Part 4: #HealthyAdult (04/10 6:00-9:00pm): Begin to access your highest good – the healthiest part of you - by understanding how you can resolve conflict without hurting yourself and others.

Part 5: Relational Alignment- (04/24 6:00-9:00pm): Examine incongruences you may have with others and gift yourself with an invitation to change the way you show up in your relationships.
