 WE ARE LOCATED ON MAINE AVENUE SW BETWEEN THE TIDAL BASIN AND THE WHARF, DIRECTLY BEHIND THE MANDARIN ORIENTAL HOTEL

What is the refund policy? What if I miss my cruise or want to reschedule? What if it Rains?

This ticket is non-refundable. Cruises cannot be rescheduled. If you miss your cruise or would like to sail at a different time, you may attend a cruise as a standby/walkup customer and present your unused ticket on any cruise of equal or lesser value published on our website. We hold about 30 seats on each cruise for this purpose (first come, first served). We sail rain or shine and cannot hold the boat for late arrivals.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Cherry Blossom Season is extremely crowded in DC! Allow extra time for heavy traffic. We highly suggest taking public transportation!

WE DO NOT HAVE OWN/OPERATE A PARKING LOT, SO IF YOU ARE DRIVING PLEASE ARRIVE VERY EARLY TO TRY AND SCOUT OUT PARKING IN THE AREA

Metro: Blue, Silver, Orange, Green, Yellow -- L'Enfant Plaza (10-15 minute walk)

From L'Enfant Plaza, Walk West on D Street toward 7th Street SW. Continue straight onto Maryland Ave. Walk around the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and take the footbridge across Maine Avenue. We are located directly across the street from the rear entrance of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

From the brick Washington Marina Building (2 min):

Keeping the water to your left, walk down Maine Avenue SW for about .1 mile (toward the Washington Monument in the distance). We are located in the marina adjacent to next parking lot on the left, you will see our banner in the gated parking lot entrance.

What is/isn't permitted?:

PERMITTED: Strollers, children years 2 and under sail for free! Service animals are permitted.

NOT PERMITTED: Smoking, outside food/beverages, bikes, skateboards, pets.

What should we expect?

A relaxing 50-minute cruise with light narration/fun facts mixed with music. A full bar/concessions area with drinks and snacks for purchase. Possible Cherry Blossom Sightings (not guaranteed as we have no control over Mother Nature). We do not sail into the Tidal Basin,
