Get started making cheese at home! You'll learn everything you need to know: types of cheese, how to choose the right milk, temperature & aging, etc. Get your hands dirty with key techniques, like curd cutting and whey separation. We’ll also cover important aspects of cheesemaking, from the functions of rennet and cultures to the effects of temperature control and aging -- everything you need to know to make top-notch cheese in your very own kitchen! You'll finish the class a bona fide cheese master.
