Evening at the Embassy of Paraguay with Visiting Musicians

Tonight, you are invited to step upon foreign soil as we experience a cultural evening with our South American friends at the Embassy of the Paraguay.

Featuring:

1. PARAGUAYAN FOOD

Buffet of Paraguayan delicacies. Including:

• VORI VORI        
• Sopa so’o
• Chipa Guazu
• Mini Empandas de mandioca (yucca)
• Dessert: arroz con leche

Also, we will try traditional Paraguayan tea “COCIDO” with chipa

3. PARAGUAYAN MUSICAL PERFORMANCE WITH VISITNG PARAGUAYANS

Visiting DC and the embassy for tonight only, we will be privy to visiting Paraguayan musicians. After appearing at the Kennedy Center on Tuesday, these musicians will remain in DC for an exclusive performance with our members.  This is a rare opportunity to listen to Paraguayan talent celebrated widely in their home country. 

4. DIPLOMATIC GREETING BY THE AMBASSADOR

Hear from the Ambassador Germán Rojas as you network with him and the Paraguayan diplomatic staff, all of whom have been invited to this special evening.
