Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm at the Wave Wall performance platform on Navy Pier's South Dock, supplement your running and walking along Chicago’s most glorious promenade with fun, FREE outdoor movement classes including Zumba, WERQ, Jam Session, and Bolly X! Be sure to wear your gym shoes and bring your water for this high-energy workout for all fitness levels. (Then, be sure to “re-hydrate” afterwards at one of Navy Pier’s fine restaurants or cocktail bars!)
