You, the buyer, may get a full refund of a purchased ticket, without penalty or obligation, at least 48 hours before the actual event start date. Event tickets are non-refundable after the event, except in the instance of event cancellation.
Subscription purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. To cancel a subscription, click on "Turn off auto renewal" button on the Menu->Settings->Subscription page.
