Get fit this year with Spring into Action, featuring free yoga and motion fitness classes at Navy Pier led by some of Chicago’s best fitness instructors. Throughout spring of 2018, come to Navy Pier to get your heart pumping, strengthen your body, lower your stress, and keep your mind and spirit energized.
Tuesdays at 7am: Circuit Training with Sean and Maria
Phenomenal Fitness Personal Training is focused on excellence regarding Physical Development with Education, Enhancement and Empowerment at the forefront of our client interactions. Join us for free, outdoor circuit training sessions that combine endurance training and resistance training using the natural landscape of Polk Bros Park. What to bring: water bottle.
Thursdays at 7am: Cardio Yoga with Julia
This free Cardio Yoga class is designed to infuse fundamental yoga postures with low impact cardio and sculpting exercises. Throughout class, modifications and adjustments are provided to help with posture and to ensure safety. Cardio yoga is a perfect complement your exercise regimen. What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, yoga block, and set of three or five-pound weights (optional).
