2014 Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark crimson in color, the nose is perfumed with luxuriant aromas of red currant, boysenberry, cedar box, and Herbes de Provence. The intensely layered palate excites with flavors of cassis, graphite, blueberries, and sage, woven seamlessly together with savory, velvety tannins. The finish is long and pure, a perfect harmony of richness and elegance.
Blend: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot
2017 Crossbarn Paul Hobbs Chardonnay-Sonoma Coast
Glistening straw yellow with a faint green hue and fragrant aromas of white flower, Asian pear, and wet stone underpin the wine’s expression of its true Sonoma Coast roots. Alluring stone fruit flavors carry the palate along with hints of citrus and honeysuckle that evolve into a creamy mid-palate before ending in a long, clean finish with crisp acidity.
2014 Cocodrilo Corte Bordeaux Red Blends from Mendoza, Argentina
Cocodrilo 2014 is a complex, very balanced wine. There's great freshness to the nose, where we find morello cherry, cassis, pomegranate and black cherry. Spice notes –from the cabernet component- touch on black peppercorn, clove and paprika, are complemented by floral, herbal and balsam notes rounding out the elegant bouquet. The palate entrance is broad and round; the pliable sweet tannins alternate with the fruit and spice notes through the long finish.
Blend: 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc and 9% Malbec
