Work harder > be more successful > get happy. It’s a pretty standard formula we’ve been taught all our life, but what if it’s backwards? What if happiness is the starting point?

Start your new year off with a healthy dose of happiness! Bliss Club is a 21-day series that will introduce you to a set of tools that can help train your brain to find happiness first as a means to greater fulfillment and success in the coming year. 

Bliss Club meets weekly on Thursday nights, January 4 - 25, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
