How many times have you tried to change something about yourself, only to find yourself slipping back into old habits?
Change is never easy, whether you're trying to change a behavior, an attitude, or your current circumstances. The process is likely to be more “one step forward, two steps back” than the smooth, straight-forward trajectory you’d like it to be. And change is especially tough if you haven’t created a powerful vision for what you want to keep you grounded when the going get tough - when willpower wanes and/or competing priorities start to vie for your attention.
In this seminar, facilitated by SheHive founder, Ursula Adams, we'll look at a framework that you can use to create a change plan that is tailored to you – using your own unique strengths, styles, dreams and support systems.
