You will receive a journal toolkit including a journal, empowering stickers, and a pen to get you started. Optional - bring your own journal to swap with others!
About the Facilitator: Inspired by the quote, “she designed the life she loved,” Christina Chateauvert of c.c.design LLC, has crafted a life as a designer thinker, educator, and creativity whisperer. She has a life-long relationship with journal writing, breaks-up included! Much of her dissertation research focused on the exploration of reflection and journal writing. As a recovering perfectionist, journal writing provided Christina with the journey to move past the perfectionism and scribble in your journal!
