MOCAD Members: Detroit Art Week Dinner at Flowers of Vietnam

Along with 30 other arts organizations, MOCAD is proud to participate in the first edition of Detroit Art Week (DAW). This celebration of Detroit’s vibrant art scene invites people from the city and around the nation to visit galleries, museums with an array of artist talks, gallery visits, museum tours, and other cultural programs alongside music, nightlife, and culinary experiences.

To celebrate Carole Harris and Allie McGhee’s two-person exhibition at the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Art Week is hosting a private dinner at Flowers of Vietnam, named one of the “Best Restaurants in America” by GQ in 2017. Formerly a clandestine weekend only destination hidden inside a Coney Island, today Flowers of Vietnam is a leader in Detroit’s dining scene.
