Detroit artist, Debbee Lotito, creates consistently stunning works on paper fusing a subtle minimalism with organic figuration and translucent, bleeding waves of color. Her works are both aloof and systematic and engage the viewer via a willful and imaginary reservoir. Lotito’s paintings have been exhibited in solo and group shows throughout the nation in art galleries from New York to California and her works have been published in international art books. This is her debut solo show in Michigan.
