Brought to you by Roberto G (Barry's Bootcamp and SHIFTsobe), Hybrid Flow is a combination of two components: one bodyweight and one resistance. It combines Animal Flow (ground based primal body weight movements ) and kettle bell flows and complexes (strength training and conditioning using kettle bells). The format of the class is a dynamic warmup followed by a sequence of exercises in both modalities and the last part (10 minutes) is a Flow created from all the movements done in the class.
