Level Up Ladies- Women’s Self-Defense

Through this training you will learn self-defense basics with an emphasis on situations that women encounter more frequently. There will a focus on how to avoid or defend from hair grabs, wrist grabs, chokes, and ground pins. After training with TAC Women's Self-Defense, I pity the criminal that assumes you are an easy victim.

Please wear athletic wear and sneakers or tennis shoes and bring a bottle of water.

This is a hands on workshop and you will be active. 

Workshop is for women ages 16 plus. Space is limited.
