The Intersection: The Science of Food and Music with Questlove, Max Hardy, and dream hampton

Join us for the culminating event in The Intersection, a program series exploring the boundaries between the fields of science and art, inviting participants to reflect upon how an interdisciplinary approach to thinking and problem solving might address some of the most challenging social issues of our time. For the capstone Intersection, Questlove, world renowned artist and author of somethingtofoodabout, will join Chef Max Hardy, Owner and Chef of Detroit’s River Bistro, Coop, and expert on Caribbean-fusion cuisine, as well as legendary writer and filmmaker dream hampton, to discuss the science of food and memory, and explore how food as an art form is impacted by travel, culture, and music. A book signing with Questlove follows the talk.
