 WE ARE LOCATED ON MAINE AVENUE SW BETWEEN THE TIDAL BASIN AND THE FISH MARKET, DIRECTLY BEHIND THE MANDARIN ORIENTAL HOTEL

What is the refund policy? What if I miss my cruise or want to reschedule? What if it Rains?

This ticket is non-refundable. Cruises cannot be rescheduled. If you miss your cruise or would like to sail at a different time, you may attend a cruise as a standby/walkup customer and present your unused ticket on any cruise of equal or lesser value published on our website. We hold about 30 seats on each cruise for this purpose (first come, first served). We sail rain or shine and cannot hold the boat for late arrivals.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

 Allow extra time for heavy DC traffic and construction. We highly suggest taking public transportation!

NO ON-SITE PARKING AVAILBALE! IF YOU ARE DRIVING PLEASE ARRIVE VERY EARLY TO TRY AND SCOUT OUT PARKING IN THE AREA

Metro: Blue, Silver, Orange, Green, Yellow -- L'Enfant Plaza (10-15 minute walk)

From L'Enfant Plaza, Walk West on D Street toward 9th Street SW. Continue straight onto Maryland Ave. Walk around the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and take the footbridge across Maine Avenue. We are located directly across the street from the rear entrance of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

What is/isn't permitted?:

PERMITTED: Strollers, children years 2 and under sail for free! Service animals are permitted.

NOT PERMITTED: Smoking, outside food/beverages, bikes, skateboards, pets.
