Come on out to the exclusive "Local and Vine"... an elegant and intimate hidden gem of a wine bar located in the beautiful area of west soho on 282 hudson street in Manhattan. For this special event, Local and Vine will be closed to the general public.
There will be 2 separate time slots available for this intimate event... Time slot 1 will be from 6:45 PM until 9:15 PM. Time slot number 2 will be from 9:30 PM until 12 AM (Choose the time slot you'd like to attend when buying ticket).
* There are only 30 spots available for each time slot and this event will very likely sell out by event time so if you're planning on attending, we recommend grabbing your spot ASAP.
What to expect:
* A professional sommelier guiding you through with expert explanation of 4 distinct wines followed by a question and answer session from the group.
* A 30 minute social mingle mixer will take place before the wine tasting session so everyone gets a chance to know each other.
* An social mingle mixer will take place after the wine tasting session. This is a great chance to meet a lot of other fun, friendly people! We've seen plenty of friendships, relationships and business connections happen at past events.
* Surprise take home prizes will be given out to 2 lucky winners for each event during each session!
* Specialty discounted appetizers and specialty priced $7 wine and beer during the mingle mixer portions of the event.
* Special wine ice breakers to enchance conversation.

How many people will be attending? There are 30 spots open for each session so expect 30 people to be there for each times slot.
Can I come alone? Yes about 75% will attend on their own.
Do I need to know about wine? No, most come for socializing, learning and the enjoyment of wine.
What's dress code? No gym wear or baseball hats. It's fairly casual. Some people dress up a bit and others wear relaxed/comfortable clothing
What are the ages? We'll have a good mix of ages, mostly 20s-50s. Everyone always seems to find people in their age range to hang and taste with.
If I attend the early session, can I stay for the second session? If you attend the first session, we respectfully ask that you leave by 9:15 PM to make room for the next group to come in.
Do I have to buy in advance? Yes. Space is limited and this will sell out.
